Getting there
The day is held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, on the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) campus in Birmingham — registration from 9:30, programme 10:00 – 16:00 on Wednesday 30 September 2026.
By train
Birmingham International station sits directly on the NEC campus, a short walk from the hotel. Birmingham International is on the main line from London Euston and well connected across the Midlands.
By car & parking
Parking at the hotel is covered for attendees, but you need to register your car so the charge goes to the event account rather than to you. The car park uses number-plate recognition.
Before you travel, go to www.bhmparking.co.uk, choose "Pre Pay Parking" and enter the event code YSBHN with your registration. Or, once parked, choose "Pay As You Go Parking" on the same site at least 15 minutes before you leave.
Spaces are first come, first served. If the hotel car park is full, staff will direct you to an NEC car park and give you a voucher.
By air
Birmingham Airport is adjacent to the NEC campus, a few minutes from the venue by monorail or taxi.
On the day
Registration opens at 9:30, with tea, coffee and time to network before the programme commences at 10:00. The day runs through to 16:00, with breaks and lunch built in.
