This page explains what personal data AI for Leisure Leaders collects when you register or join the waitlist for this event, and how it's used.

What we collect

If you register: your name and email address. If you join the waitlist: your name, position (job title) and email address. We don't collect anything beyond this.

Why we collect it

Solely to administer this event — to confirm your place, manage capacity and the referral-code and waitlist process, and to send you event-related communications (confirmation, joining instructions, and — if applicable — an invitation if a place becomes available). We do not use this data for marketing, and it is not shared with or sold to any third party for their own purposes.

Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box on the registration or waitlist form.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and send emails, each acting only on our instructions:

• Supabase — stores registration and waitlist data.
• Resend — delivers confirmation and waitlist emails.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and processes form submissions.

How long we keep it

We retain registration and waitlist data for up to 6 months after the event, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time, or withdraw consent, by contacting us — see below. If you're a confirmed attendee, you can also release your own place at any time using the link in your confirmation email.
